About me
Born in Trinidad and raised in the Middle East. I studied Physics and Math at NYU, and found my passion for research doing experimental fluid dynamics at the Applied Math Lab at Courant Institute. Here, I studied processes of erosion, melting, and dissolving to understand the shapes of landforms and icebergs.
As a Research Associate at Shabani Lab I investigated superconducting circuits, quantum materials, and their applications to quantum computing (how to make better qubits).
At the moment I’m a graduate student at Stanford Physics. I work in the SLAC theory group researching dark matter.
Here’s my CV. Check out my Research page to see what I’ve been working on.
I update my Science in Images section with interesting pictures from my research!
See the Fellowships page for funding opportunities for students from the Caribbean interested in physics.
